I've had this with MF a few times with their FF round. It always says, "This is a business decision and will not affect your shopper rating."
Then, 6 months later, I am talking to a scheduler and he says you have one cancellation. I said that I did not cancel the shop. He said, "Well, it does not show why you cancelled but you have a cancellation." Um... "Yeah, thanks."
