2. The minimum weight has to be 1 lb. and the max is not 2 lb.
3. The shopper can pay the difference for the reimbursement.
This is confusing to me for number two.....So is it that you CAN go over two pounds or the maximum is two pounds. If the maximum is not two pounds, is there a maximum?
Thank you!

My applied for shops are now gone. And I wasn't scheduled. Massive, huge bummer. I've done almost 100 of these shops with the former company. Guess that wasn't enough...

After reading 10 pages here, and the guideline, I did not see if we are allowed to use debit or credit card. It was cash only from the two prior msp.

This is an excerpt from an email that I received from the scheduler from my area.
-----------------------------------------
You will send a boxed item to someone within the United States. You do
not have to send it to a specific zone. If you choose to send to an area
that is more expensive than the reimbursement, you are allowed to do
that and pay the difference.
You can complete up to 4 shops per day and up to 20 per week!
**********Shops are paid via Paypal on the 15th of the month after you complete
your shop.*************
--------------------------------------------------
Additionally, as for the reimbursement, I don't think it means that you have to pay for the difference over 2 lbs necessarily. There is a stated maximum reimbursement amount. If you go over that amount, box and postage included, then you have to pay the overage. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I read it, and that is in line with the last msc.

Hi all, just to clarify:
- I struggled with the wording of the weights, that went out in an email and yes the guidelines are very clear.
The question that was outstanding at the time was that shoppers were concerned that 2 lb was the maximum weight. I hesitated to put "there is no maximum" because there will always be that one guy...you know... So my intent was to clarify that 2 lb was not the maximum as it had been before. Sorry for the confusion.
The box must be 1 lb, and it can be heavier than 2 lbs, and if you go over the max reimbursement you can pay the difference. Again I hesitated to put "there is no maximum" - it must still go by the specified mail class so whatever the max is on that is the max.

This is an embarrassingly simple new shopper question. When I've shopped other MSCs their systems have given a date range for the shop in the job description then made me select the date I wanted to complete the shop when I applied. Nothing showed up when I applied for these USPS shops beyond the one week window they mentioned in the description. I can't seem to find anything in the confirmation email or my assignment board beyond start Oct. 31 21:00 (when the facility is closed) and due date Nov 7 20:59. Beyond the max 4 per day and 30 min. between shops, can these be done any day during that week?

Yes, you can go any day between your start and due dates.

That's one thing I've always appreciated about these shops! It's nice to have the flexibility if you end up needing it.
I hope I can get a couple of these next round!
