Have any of you all had a scheduler that you really liked but her editors were just UGGGGH!

Question...do you think editors read the instructions? My worst experience with an editor, although the scheduler was great, two different jobs, two different people. The editor was on the nasty side and told me my report would not be accepted as I didn't make an appointment with the banker. The instructions specifically
said NOT to make an appointment, just call the bank, ask for directions (wanted to time phone call). I told the editor that, and she never answered me and marked report a 1....ouch! This editor worked for Intellishop, First time i ever felt they used the report, her not working with me and checking it out (I know I was right), showed her guilt.

Live consciously....

There was an editor and now there is a new editor. The first shop, I quit doing. I wasn't thrilled with the dessert shop to begin with and there really wasn't any way I could write a positive report for my location, ever. It was a filler and I didn't need it. My Dad does miss the buns.

The new editor is trying to make her/his bones. I'm getting nailed right and left. I want to say I hate this editor, but truth be told, this editor is making me more observant for all of my other shops. That said, I really want to strangle this editor and/or the software platform that I must use. 99% of the time, the stuff that is wrong is because of the software platform.

It's a pain.

Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning; the devil shudders...And yells OH #%*+! SHE'S AWAKE!
yeah...i got one. i know that there are lots of folks who don't like to get on the bad side of editors/mscs/clients, etc and are reticent when it comes to specifics like names of schedulers, editors, mscs, clients, etc. but i don't have an issue with that. i'm the first one to call out those who deserve it and the # 1 offender when it comes to having editors that are beyond the pale is..............intellishop.

their editors are so wrong, so much of the time and will never, ever admit any failings (kinda/sorta like a current politician?) but make silly, condescending remarks like "2 points deducted for grammar" or some other such nonsense and then refuse to say what was wrong.

if their pay structure warranted the continual, constant nitpicking i might be able to excuse it but the pittance that they offer combined with their editors and then throw in the dreaded "multiple drop-down windows" that go onandonandonandon and intellishop heads my 10' pole list.
