I completed a gas shop yesterday, and have now attempted to submit the report a total of three times. I keep getting an error message when I hit "submit". On two occasions I lost the data. I've saved my comments on the latest attempt at least, but I'm wondering if this is a site-wide issue, something I'm doing, or what. I've seen the message before but have always been able to submit it eventually.
