Maritz App and Invoicing

I'm sure I already know the answer to this but if I submit using the app, I still need to go to their website to invoice them, right? They'd never make it that easy.

What type of shops are you using the app for? I know you do a lot of GS shops but their website says NOT to use the app for these types of shops.
I don't see it anywhere on their site. The guidelines for one brand do specify not to use the app. It's also the brand with the most amount of work. I used it for the yellow one. Worked perfectly twice and the third time it crashed like nobody's business. Had to start over using the website. They're going to need a LOT of feedback on this app and I'm sure they're no where near prepared for it.

Okay, maybe I read it in the guidelines on their website. The website is currently showing a message about DD. Like I said about the DD, the same goes for the app. I am 100% positive that they are not properly prepared to have shops submitted using the app. I will give them time to work out the kinks and read all the forum posts of members complaining about the app.
I have used the app for GSs. Sometimes it works great, other times not at all. I can't wait for it to always work. I love not having to do reports when I get to the motel or before I leave.
My top request would have to be having the ability to still take all of your required photos right at the start. I also wish it would save the photos to my camera roll in case I need them later on. I also wish it would allow me to access my camera roll so I can take pics outside of the app and put them in where I need them.
Pretty much all of my requests are photo based.

I got a call from Maritz because I did four shops and was not supposed to use the app. I asked if I could use it for the other gas station company and they said yes. Tried that yesterday and it didn't work. They also said it would not be ready until some time next year.

I found it to be a pain in the butt since the questions required photos and you had to keep running inside then outside then back in again. After 40 minutes, I decided I would rather do it the old way. They need to arrange the questions in the order you do the shop. Buy fuel first, go inside for restroom photo, purchase small item inside, etc.

I think they should make every scheduler, team member, editor, etc, perform at least five of these shops before being hired or put on that particular team. They have no idea what is actually required to perform these shops. If you call to ask a specific question, you can hear the flipping of pages in the background as they try to find it in the guidelines.
It's amazing how seldom you come across a scheduler who gives the impression that they know what they're doing. The supervisors are always solid, though.

I received DD payment yesterday! BTW Maritz from my understanding is tightening the belt on incentives. Maybe some downsizing coming soon! I hope not.

My experience with Maritz is exactly the opposite.

I get decent bonuses and they are being offered very early in the month. I already have bonused shops and it is only October 4th, the beginning of a new month and a new quarter.
