This is the message that I received the other day from the Field Director, in which she stated that my rating was lowered because of the grammatical and spelling errors that I had allegedly made in the shop report. There was no mention of that in the shop report notes, but whatever. Note her comment about ratings. (It is ironic that Grammarly is showing two errors in her statement.)
ITEM 1
"We appreciate your assistance in shopping with _______________. . You are unable to self assign due to your rating. While the ratings do exist, they are only used for editing purposes. Therefore, we do not offer shoppers their numerical rating. Instead we offer you feedback on how to improve your reports."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Below is a listing that I noticed today on that company's Job Board. Note that it states that one has to have a rating of at least "5". Yet, they do not offer shoppers their numerical rating, so why did they mention a rating?. Now, in my opinion, that is very...uh...puzzling. How can a shopper know what their rating is if the company does not offer the ratings to the shoppers?
ITEM 2
"If you meet the following qualifications, you can immediately SELF ASSIGN shops to yourself:
* Your Shopper Rating must be at least 5."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are more qualifications, but that is the relevant one. Surely, the contradictory nature of the two items is obvious. I mean, come on.
