Let me ask you this: why, in the past, has it been wrong for some posters to go off-topic and now, you suggest that it should not be wrong for you to go off-topic? Is there an unwritten rule? Are some of us just chopped livuh, or something?

What's wrong with sidetracking to food and recipes?
I have some marble sized green tomatoes on my plants. When they get big enough, I'm going to make fried green tomatoes in the air fryer. That will be my first dish. The meat will be a pork schnitzel from Aldi. It's already breaded.

I like the way bacon smells, it reminds me of weekend mornings with my dad when he would make bacon and pancakes. I would wake up to the smell of bacon and now I find it comforting.
