I have responded to the OP via email. I was out of the office most of the day on Monday so I am just catching up on emails. I emailed that message to her in error instead of another shopper and explained that in my response to her a short time ago. Thanks!
My post is also aimed at the fact that often schedulers and other MSC staff do not seem to treat shoppers like people. The MSC community needs to remember that a good shopper is very valuable, and should be treated as such.
