I responded to the below message from the editor with this e-mail, am I wrong?
You're need to be more specific. If I check yes, than no and N/A are unchecked and visa versa. I couldn't submit my report if I didn't answer all the questions.
Or is she asking me to comment on why I didn't pick the two answers that didn't apply?

Hi, Thank you for conducting this shop.
1) Please comment on each and every NO response and all unchecked boxes.
2) Please recheck the unchecked boxes for Q4(restroom) as it is contradicting with its respective narrative of "Store Conditions" section.
3) Q-45a should be marked as N/A if the bottom of your receipt does not show you any "accumulated" points under the word "balance" for a program i.e. the gas program. Please clarify.
4) Please clarify your response to Q22c of the Bakery department. The picture uploaded for the Bakery department shows low stock items, not fully out of stock. The "NO" response given for Q22c is contradicting with the picture you have uploaded. Please upload a picture that shows areas that were fully out of stock. The instruction is "NO response means there is NO inventory present."
Please make the above changes and then resubmit your report within 12 hours.
