Has anyone had any issues with Seelevelhx not paying for shops in which you completed and submitted your report on time? I keep emailing the scheduler but no response. I would hate for them to get over on me. This is the second shop with the same scheduler that this has happened with.
I've had shops approved with a super long delay (>1 month) for no explicable reason, and that's pushed payment into the next month, but they've always paid eventually.
My shopper fee says 0.00 compared to the others that I have done that had the agreed fee listed. Further, I received a rating of 10/10 for that shop. What is even more concerning to me is that it states I submitted my report on the 7th when in fact I submitted it on the 2nd. I just hope there is not any shadiness going on here.
I quit PayPal back in May. I switched to paper check or direct deposit for the MSCs that had that option. For SeeLevel, I opted for their Money Card. I was paid on that card in November for the shops I did in July.
They said the first payments took the longest, but I'm not chancing it.

PayPal can basically shut your account and just take your money with no notice or reason or method or explanation. It sucks but that is the risk you run if you keep money with them.
The scheduler is likely not the right person to contact - they are often IC's just like us. I do very little work with SeeLevel, but you should be able to find contact information for a project manager, supervisor, etc. somewhere on their site. shopper information pages.

I have used PayPal for several years. I don't keep money in the account and use it only for Mystery Shopping. I have never had a problem. As soon as the money goes in I transfer to my Mystery Shopping checking account. This is just my 2nd personal account. I never mix up household with Mystery Shopping.
Seelevel HX's payment schedule is to pay on or around the 15th of the month for the previous month's approved shops. This month, the 15th fell on a weekend.
