I do the entire report on the app, but it does take me 10 minutes, not 5. I don't know how it would take an editor 5 minutes to read the tracking number and figure out that the shopper only entered 20 digits and not 21, especially on a desktop computer. And these are "trained" editors, so really? They do so many of them that I don't believe it would be that much of a "pain" to do. I can't imagine that it would take them very long at all. They do them day in and day out, so it should be a piece of cake. In fact, I think it would take less time to fix it than it would to put the report back into incomplete and write an email to a shopper.

It takes me that long to check and double check i got all those numbers transcribed correctly. The tracking numbers are easy as they are in groups of 4 but the list of ID#'s takes some work.
