In my area, you are supposed to use a third party delivery service, like Ubereats, doordash, grubhub, etc. It is a little frustrating, because the MSC does not list which exact service you are to use in the job description...you have to accept the shop before you can read the paperwork and see which delivery service you are supposed to evaluate. The problem is, some delivery services don't deliver from a specific location to my residence, even if another delivery company would. So once I had to cancel a shop because the required service (ubereats) would not deliver from this specific 5G location to my home address, even though another one (doordash) would. It would be nice if the MSC would list the required delivery company for each shop in the job description so that shoppers would have this information before signing up (and possible having to cancel afterwards).
@MSF I'm thinking the orders are bagged the same way as in the past (entrees/burgers wrapped in foil, fries in cup and bag, etc.), but now the outer bag will be "sealed" with a sticker that is supposed to show that the order has not been "tampered" with. When I did an online 5G shop and was waiting for my food, I saw the staff preparing orders for doordash/ubereats drivers this way.
