Coming Soon! Five Guys Certification!

Noticed this on the MSC's home page. I wonder if the change in the amount of fries in the bag discussion is part of this.

Coming Soon! Five Guys Certification!
August 12, 2021
In order to maintain eligibility for future Five Guys assignments, you will need to take and pass the Five Guys certification test. For some shoppers this will be the first time you have taken the test, and for others this is a recertification.

There have been some changes, so be sure to review the test manual carefully. It will help you pass the test which we expect to release towards the end of August!

As always, thank you for your participation in our programs.

I saw that last night.

If anything, I would like to see them amend their survey. If you see a problem and don't report while on site you can't call it a problem because they didn't have a chance to fix it. Also, explaining attributes of the bun is a waste of time.
It's the end of August almost, and nothing about their rolling out of the new certification for the burger shops.
The Five Guys Certification is now available and of course you have to pass the test before you can accept any Five Guys shops.
It is pretty easy. Make sure you look for questions that allow more than one answer. Also, it is odd that "All of the above" often occurs as the second item. I suggest recording your choices. I was pleased that it showed me the wrong answers once I submitted, and did not erase my choices. One of the ones I got wrong was due to careless reading. The other was an "All of the Above" in position B. I chose A. That is a stupid way to write the test, IMHO.

I thought a couple of the questions where "all of the above" was the correct answer did not have the supporting information in the instructions to make it correct, but as has already been said, they show you which ones you got wrong, so easy enough to fix.
I just took it. They have the questions in the same order as the 2 page manual, not like some companies who have you flipping through the manual looking for help on a question.
I just took it and passed. I think I clicked every All of the Above. Just think of it as being at the bottom and click it.

How do you take the certification? I don't see it anywhere on the website.

When you click on a 5 Guys shop the test comes up.
Thats what I thought. Maybe they are not in all areas yet. I have a five guys in a couple of days but nowhere to do the certification

I always put something stupid like: "Buns are nice" or "Bun was made of bread" and never got docked for doing so.
