USPS New Requirements Certification?

The new Post Office shops came out and re-certification is required, according to the email. Well, I watched the video and searched for the certification test. Couldn't find it. So I selected shops, and now with the new self-assign feature, self-assigned them.

Now what? Cannot find the test, there are no contacts for the 1st round.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Logged in to ask the same thing. Self assigned a bunch yesterday.
Got the email today, read the new guidelines (did yesterday as well). Can't find the certification.
"USPS Regular Box Certification" shows in my completed certifications, however, from having done that before.
I just took the new certification. The test does not seem to have any trick questions this time.
Can the shops be done before the "planned date" we choose when we self-assign? Or do they need to be done on that exact date? Thanks.
I believe the video stated it could be done before but needs to be submitted before 11:59 on the date you do the shop.

Yes, as long as you report them the day you do them, and within 8 hours after completion, but no later than 11:59 pm the day you do it. I have 5 to do and I selected 10/15 as the day I will have all 5 done. But I am planning to do one next Monday, 10/4, so I will make sure I report it on 10/4. If I do the job at 11:30 am, I must have it reported by 7:30 pm. If I do the job at 3:30 pm, I must make sure it is reported by 11:30 pm. Hope this helps.
It’s probably the that asks how many people are waiting in line and I believe the answer is two although it looks like 3 or 4
the waiting in line is 2 when it clearly looks to me is 3. also last question is one as there is no clerk visble at the one station even though a customer is there.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Be aware that the report is due in at 11:59 ET which I took to mean Eastern Time. That means the shop I did today at 3 PM is due no later than 9 PM PT, otherwise known as Pacific Time. I always feel sorry for shoppers in Hawaii. They need to get their reports in by ?? 6? Not sure of the time difference.
Wasn't this pretty much the exact same thing as the old one? Could've at least added some new questions!
It was mostly the same, yes. The survey is different though. It's worth looking at before you do one of these.
I’m looking forward to the self assign for the first part of the month. I use these shops to supplement eBay/Facebook Marketplace sales. I kept missing the last question which is one workstation staffed even though a customer is at the counter.
I have already self assigned five of them and have done 2 in the rush to get them done before the price goes up tomorrow. I had a doozy of a one today that I am about to report on. The clerk silently took my package and repackaged it into a heavier box with forbidden tape and writing all over it and mailed it by a different method. Then the clerk told me she was saving me $4 because it would have been $17.00 to send my package. I mentioned that I had specifically come today as the prices are going up tomorrow Oct 3. She told me the prices went up the end of August and the clerk next to her chimed in and agreed. What??? Anyway my comment box will be totally full of the entire story. I gave you only the basics.
So I just self assigned all of mine for the end of the period as it said you could self assign any day you wanted and do them when ever you wanted as long as the report was submitted the day you did them.

For Priority mail the packages are going up 75 cents each for our size packages. It puts it over the top of the reimbursement if you are sending to a further zone than 5. The increase is scheduled for the "Holiday Season" only. We shall see in January what happens.

Where did you see that you could do them any day as long as they were submitted day of doing them? I selected certain dates and would like to know that it would be okay to do them before the listed date. I don't remember seeing that anywhere.

The report is slightly different. I just opened one to see it. You need to check specific types of Ready Post products and Pr/Xpress products. Some extra 1-10 selections of opinions. Otherwise pretty much the same.

Same here. I swear I’m answering them all correctly but it keeps saying I failed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I took the test yesterday and failed. (Obviously I should have come here first for tips!) Now, even though both the website and app say I need to take the test, and it says what my current grade is, there is nowhere to click to return for another try. Just buttons that take me to the guidelines. Anyone else run into this?

Sign in to the website, click on the News tab, scroll to the update news on this particular client and you will see it. I have done two shops this way already with no issues. By any day I mean any day allowed so no holidays or Sundays.
It said you could take it 10 times, but I haven't and it locked up the test at 75% These questions don't see to match the pictures and answers for correct.

This time of year, most of AK is one hour earlier than Pacific Time while HI is three hours earlier than PT. That changes with end of DST. What about the poor shoppers in GU & AS? Their reports are already tardy when their local USPS offices open.

The old guidelines will explain how to count customers in line, at the counter, and the number of workstations in use. Many of the questions on the certification were not covered in the new guidelines.
In the guidelines, they say not to count customers as being "in line" if they are addressing their package or otherwise getting the package ready to ship. So you might take another look at the picture of the customers in line - that question is a bit tricky.
The guidelines still have the 18-day interval per location but November is currently self-assign. How do I know whether someone else has shopped any site within 18 days? Is this no longer applicable but they forgot to remove it from the guidelines? Are they just setting me up for failure? I have gotten no reply from the scheduler but would like to get started early to avoid the holiday rush. Thank you, guys.
