The report takes longer the 1st few times because it does have detail and takes time to get the routine down.
I upload pics directly from phone so they don't have to be saved/named, maybe some just cropped a tad. I also start the report with whatever I can after purchase; order and shop dates, order #, # of items ordered, order and items ordered summaries, any issues with the ordering process - things like that. For me, it makes the bigger load after pick-up or delivery less overwhelming.

Does anyone else get assigned a one day window to do the job? I keep writing and asking if I can have a window of time. It's never been a problem but I wish there was a way to just get more time by default.
Another note, I've now ordered a range of things and never had an issues with reimbursement. Body wash, hand soap, different brand of dish soap, organic milk and cheese, etc. Maybe some are more lenient that others but I have not hit any issues yet.

Today was my first shop and I only got a one day window. I also notice that the number of items and reimbursement were both cut down to 7 or 8 items and $25 +Tip + Deliver Fee + $10 fee. This feels like it might be a lot of work for an apple, an avocado, a sweet potato, a head of romaine, blueberries, shampoo and body wash.
I'll see how it goes. I really prefer grocery shops over fast food, gas station, etc. because I actually buy groceries anyway.

I routinely have 1-day windows.... so, earliest start is day X, must be completed by day X+1.... So I guess that's technically 2-days if I order and pickup on the same day?

I have not, however in my instructions it is refered to as “ground meat” which to me implies I can get ground chicken, pork, beef etc.
I’m willing to take the risk, order it and reply back. I’m over the shops personally and if I get removed, I get removed lol

Okay. My first was a two week window so I thought they were all like that. I must be a PITA shopper. I always get it done on time though. This one is kind of set it and forget it now.
I was originally given a 3 day window but now i get 4 or 5 days. Scheduler is very lenient when i need to change date too.
I was just assigned 15 jobs going until early/mid Dec. Unfortunately, they are $25 jobs with only 6-7 categories to pick from and all but 1 are produce. I was hoping to snag some protein!

Wow! Sounds very different from what most of us are doing.
I’m reading a lot of people swapping out products like hand soap etc do you just place the order for that even though it’s not on the list I would love to get 1% milk but I’m afraid to.

I'm completely a rules person and it would not have occured to me to do a swap if I had not read about others doing it. I have made lots of swaps now and don't feel worried about it. I had originally asked about purchasing a non 365 yogurt and gave the reason that I wanted one without sugar added and the response I got back was that it didn't matter as long as it was the same size.
I *think* that it must be dairy milk. 1% should be completely fine as far as I can tell. Hopefully someone can chime in about their experiences. I've ordered whole, 2% and whole organic with no issues.
I've orderd body wash, hand soap (don't recommend), non 365 dish soap all with no issues.
Here's a new question - has anyone tried ordering deodorant? I have quite a stockpile of other items at the moment.
For the cleaning product category, I've assumed that they wanted to see if was packaged and wrapped properly so that it didn't leak. Because of this, I have never tried to get any solid/gel product. I have successfully gotten liquid dishwasher detergent, hand soap (foaming and other), hand soap refills, and laundry liquid detergent with no problems.

The foaming hand soap is a lot better! We use that one all the time.

The foaming hand soap is a lot better! We use that one all the time.
Thanks, I'll check it out. I kind of hate paying for water, I'm thinking about trying a different brand for next time.

I've been getting skim milk all along. Their main thing is that it be cow's milk (not oat milk, etc.).
I usually get a 2-day window, but once or twice have gotten only a 1-day. Unfortunately, I picked up my most recent order right as my fridge went on the fritz, so I gave all the food away! But the way I see it, even if once in a while the job doesn't benefit as much as usual, or the 1-day window is a little inconvenient, it's part of a bigger ongoing job, and doing it well and at their convenience mean I keep getting the assignment.
Oh, and yes, it gets SO much easier with practice!

That sucks. What do they end up telling you? I wonder if they want you to get something small and liquid to see if they'll easily put it in the same bag with the food.
Yes, I think I got dinged because it was too big and ended up being in a bag by itself.
Question from a Whole Foods newbie. I am thankful I got on a WF shop list and have several shops this month! Mine, however seem different than everyone else. Mine are called Bagging Compliance Shops and are delivery. I have 6 categories with only 2 specific choices each. I order 1 from each category and 2 from the CDA category. The report is only about the types of bagging, types of bags and quality of food with a few pics. I specified I only wanted to do delivery shops because WF isn't convenient to me and I have a full-time job.
Are most of your shops pick-up? I wonder if that is why I see so many categories and so much more variety of choices discussed in this thread.

It seems orginal that most people have are delivery/pickup but it's mostly about temperature and bagging. There are nine specific items that have to be shopped and most are dairy. The guidelines show a couple of items that are acceptable but it seems through trial and error some here have figured out how to push the envelope a little with the choices.
My questions above that Olympia is answering were from the very beginning of this program almost a year ago. Most of them have since been answered and bugs worked out. Unfortunately I no longer do this shop as in my area they wanted someone who could do it every week and I could not make that commitment.
