They're not looking for this kind of feedback, but if they did:
Sandwich buns that actually hold up and don't melt into mush two bites into the burger....really no matter what toppings I add. I end up taking the bun off and eating the burger with a fork and knife, not kidding.
Music at a volume that doesn't rattle my brain....it's supposed to be a meal, not a club.
Bigger ketchup cups, I like a lot of ketchup. That's just me, probably.
I prefer flame grilled beef versus griddle cooked beef, but I know that's personal preference.
Any changes you would suggest if they were open to anything?
