Payments

Did anyone else not received their payments from the company that do Chevron for jobs completed the last 2 weeks of December? Chevron in particular.

yep, the ONE shop they didn't pay me for from December is a Chevron, and now the second shop that I haven't been paid for was a am/pm. Both on the Sassie platform. I suspect it has more to do with Sassie, or their use of it than anything else.
Also waiting on pmt for Chevron done 12/30 and reviewed on 1/1
Later December shops paid in 4 days. Earlier ones took a few weeks.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I received a message today saying that there was a glitch of some kind in the Chevron payment system, and that I will definitely be paid on Jan, 20. Which doesn't answer the question of the second shop that I also didn't get paid for, it's not a Chevron shop. But I'll wait until the 20th and see what happens.
So, they knew there was a glitch in the system but didn't notify shoppers, hoping no one would notice? I'm sure many people didn't. They keep a lot of money, only having to pay the ones who initiated contact.
Still no payment today! This ridiculous.
yep, I didn't paid again today too. One Chevron shop and one AM/PM lighting audit. I'm glad it's not hundreds of $$ for a change, but I still NEED to be paid for the work that I've done.
ok, I sent a less than friendly email just before my previous post. I've never been paid in the latest possible time on payday before. But the only thing I was paid for was the Chevron shop from December.

And when I asked about the ampm shop I was told that I will be paid for it after it is in "reviewed" status.

It was edited and graded the same day I completed the shop, and I've NEVER had to wait for 2 weeks after I received my evaluation email to get paid since they started paying weekly.

I am apparently going to have to find another revenue stream. For the past couple years most of the money I've earned mystery shopping has been from doing Chevron shops after they are bonused. I have an Outback restaurant shop scheduled, I guess I'll see how long it takes for me to get paid for that. But if this crap continues I'm going to have to do more work for other MSCs or find something else to help cover my expenses.
Today, not a regular payday, they decided to pay me for the ampm shop too. and I received an email, I copied and pasted the relevant part: "There was an internal issue in the AMPM project, and because of this we were unable to finalize the shop you submitted on our typical pay schedule. The issue has since been corrected, and you'll be paid for the shop today, January 21, 2026."

This is almost exactly the same thing they said about the Chevron shop that they didn't pay me for until yesterday. It's starting to look as if I'm going to have to jump through these same hoops for every shop I do for this MSC.

to be continued...
It kinda sounds like they don't pay until the client pays them. Which (in my opinion) isn't right. You contract with them for a job, you do job correctly and you should be paid as stated in contract. The client paying up is THEIR problem.
