Guitarzan, the Pizza Hut shops are still with the same MSC for now, but they will be going to the other platform later in 2026. We can't name the MSC and client in the same forum, but we can give clues. Think of an author named Upton.
I wish they would bring their Priazzas back.

When in 2026 are they moving? I just saw a PH shop. in a town I was visiting, with the current MSC.. I was going to pick it up, but I was able to apply in time..

It's now 7 photos of the pizza and of course the confirmation email and the receipt photos. Not hard to do. This month it was pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. I like all those things so I do them when I have other shops for other MSCs in the area. This round it can be done anytime after the location opens up until 8pm, I believe. I will do a few on my way home from whatever other shops I am doing and take the photos, then I come home, eat a slice of each, and freeze the rest. I like pizza for breakfast when I am on my way out the door to work. This works for me.

The instructions say "You must order 1 large Hand Tossed Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushroom pizza."

Do I order
1 pepperoni, italian sausage OR mushroom pizza
or
1 pepperoni, italian sausage AND mushroom pizza?

Grammar matters!
Do we know the new MSC that it's moving to? I was just thinking about Pizza Hut and that I haven't seen any shops in a while. The last round I saw was only for limited locations with the current MSC
The pizza hut shops are still on the board. I have not seen them switch companies.

Go to Presto and you can see this one is getting $10 bonus. Shop is not a presto shop, but it's a Sassie shop.

So just to confirm, it's still with the same MSC that does Texas Roadhouse shops. All we know is they will move to the new platform later this year. Some of the ratings for recent Pizza Hut shops mention it, but if you didn't see that, think about an author whose first name is Upton. I'm guessing they may will send out further messages and reminders, but right now they seem to be *very* much focused on VW oil change shops.
Not-so-pro-tip: If doing more than one in a day, make sure you change the store for your next order! Your account will stay on the last store you ordered from. Yep, I was stricken with Idiocracy and cost myself some money. Dumass.
yep ses, been there done that.. lost a bunch of points because of my stupidity too.
If you make the mistake this round, at least it was just a $10 pizza instead of one at regular price ($15+).
I laughed at the Gibbs on NCIS comment.

Just as an aside...I was, I’m sure, this location’s worst nightmare one day. Did the shop (a local one), came home and put on my nitrile gloves to do the pictures.

I notice the pizza (medium pepperoni) looks weird but whatever...

I turn over the first slice and all of the pepperoni falls of. The same with the second slice. All of the slices don’t have pepperoni that was baked into the pizza with the cheese. They cooked the pepperoni after and put it on top.

Now they either had a cheese pizza laying around with the same crust style and just cooked the pepperoni and put it on top.

OR (and this is likely what happened....)

They, for one of the few times ever, just forgot to put the pepperoni on the pizza that was purchased...by a mystery shopper....who works for a company....that demands pictures of a pizza...turned over...

I don’t know what sort of Perry Mason type treatment the employees may get when they screw up but I could just see the manager with the pictures laying them out like Gibbs on NCIS.
i just drove by the closest Pizza Hut to my house. I see sign is down and people were tearing the place apart. I think my area is snobbish about their pizza. There is one chain (dominos). In 2016, there are 83,000 people in this area and no representation by papa johns or pizza hut and one lonely Dominos.

I think i did the shop 1 or 2 times at the PH since living here for a couple years. I don't have anything against PH, but there are much better options for quality and taste. I just paid $35 for a large at smaller AZ chain called Spinatos. Also Grimaldi's is very popular here in the greater Phoenix area.

There is a local chain called Barro's which gets you a loaded pizza for $20 and it's quality too. They seem to get the majority of business. When I've been there, tons of people are taking pizzas to go.
Those emailed confirmations are horrible! Because:

1. It's 3 pages long.
2. Way too much huge, unnecessary graphics.
3. Vital information is separated and hidden on different pages.
4. Said information is practically invisible. Very tiny, gray print on both white and black backgrounds makes it nearly impossible to find.
5. The estimated ready time is no longer included but instead requires accessing a link in the email.

Three thumbs down to whatever executive approved this design!

Yes, I preferred the older design as well. This is just plain silly. But we're giving them exactly what they want in the shop reports. I made a note about point 5 when answering the question about if things went as expected during the ordering process. Hopefully they'll fix it. I'll cross my fingers but won't hold my breath, though.
I did a few of these this weekend, and the estimated time always popped up on the app page after I put my order through.
Yes. And I screenshot that to calculate the expected ready time. So far they haven't asked for photo proof.
I grabbed one yesterday. I'd love to give some feedback on the app.

I was in a parking lot when I was trying to place the order, so maybe the internet connection made it worse. Anyway, I dislike that the app doesn't give you an option to use a password and you have to get emailed or texted a code.
The ads that display after you put in an order block your ability to scroll down and confirm your order/pricing and I didn't see a place to look at my order history. It seems like the client/MSC knows the app is junk and they have you do the PDF of the email confirmation (which has that really light gray print like someone else mentioned).
The web version of pizza is the same way. Designed to make the user screw up.
