Kudos to Kim at Maritz

I did a gas station yesterday, and forgot to take a photo of one pump. I got a hold of Kim on the phone, and she was extremely nice about the situation. She could have easily sent me back to the location to get the photo as I suspect most schedulers would have, but when she asked how far away from me the location was and I told her, she let it slide, and is still paying me for the shop. That would have been enough for me to make this thread, but she helped me out even more. I had another issue with not putting my gas purchases into my invoices, as I didn't realize until two days ago that this needed to be done. I had been trying to get a hold of admin since to no avail, and when I told Kim that, she patiently stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes as we went over all the visits I need to be reimbursed for, and said she would personally deliver it to the admin office...so that was a huge help. I was dreading driving well over an hour out of the way to get a photo of one pump, so she literally made my day. Thanks Kim!
