I have lamb shanks in the slow cooker with chicken broth, lemon juice, onion, carrots and garlic. Later I will de-fat the broth and cook some orzo in it.

Slow cooker is loaded with chuck, carrots, mushrooms for pot roast dinner that will make its own gravy. First full day of autumn is cool and rainy here. This will be a lovely dinner when I get back from shops and make mashed potatoes and pour a little Malbec to go with it all. I am recording the Packers game to enjoy with my dinner.

Just returned from Sprouts where I picked up Wild Alaskan Salmon, making an avocado/tomato/red pepper salad....still dieting, total weight loss 10pds.

We have two choices (unless I go to the store). We can have fish and veggies or we can have boneless, skinless chicken and veggies. Yawn. I really should go to the store...

Went to son's soccer game this evening, and he was hit in the game and down on the field. Went to ER after game.... So because of the time all that took, we had to buy dinner out

But...kids LOVE Blackjack Pizza and I LOVE Red Robin, so it was all good.

Red Robin takeout...free appetizer along with their burger...no diet today...

Walnut tumeric bread from a shop. Yummy! Was going to make salmon, but got lazy and instead put a few slices of Trader Joes gyro meat in the oven. Put cucumber slices on it for a nice simple sandwich.

We had a wonderful roast with carrots and potatoes that a friend brought over. Tonigt we will have the leftovers.

T-bone, fresh spinach, garlic lemon and a sweet potato.....

Doing a dinner heallth care shop this evening, so It's whatever's on Coco's menu....medium type food.
