Have tired of all the usual compliant foods. Must find something else Hmm... lemme see... weeellllllll... there is a wonderful MD recommended method, which is not part of Whole30. The wise doc kept it simple: eat only when hungry and stop before full. If food is not appealing and/because I am not hungry, this method from the wise doc probably is perfect for today. Go me.
