Have tired of all the usual compliant foods. Must find something else Hmm... lemme see... weeellllllll... there is a wonderful MD recommended method, which is not part of Whole30. Bought a cooked chicken at Von's for their Friday 5.00 special...have done this before, and they are delicious,
and I can eat for 3 days. Tonight is chicken and Cole Slaw, sandwich's for the week and no cooking till Thanksgiving.
I cracked a few ribs, so my boyfriend has been taking care of me. We are having open faced grilled chicken with drunken onions and pepper jack cheese tonight and for lunch he made pork belly and scallops over cannelloni beans and tomatoes. mmmmm
Roasting turkey thighs. homemade giblet gravy, stuffing, mashed yams, broccoli, round cranberry jelly. . Cooking for one, but also for lots of planned -overs. I had pumpkin pie for breakfast (old family tradition!), so no dessert will be needed later.

wins with enough to bring home...their paying me big bucks to eat a favorite meal, I'm all in.
We got a free turkey for making a good sized purchase at the grocers, so I baked it today and will have it with stuffing and a nice veggie tray this evening. The leftovers will be cut up and put in freezer bags, and I'll make broth from the bones. Looking forward to turkey and dumplings tomorrow.
