It was his first night back, and it seemed like a good idea to feed him and keep him thinking that he might live through a few more shifts before deciding that he absolutely cannot do this again.)

Birthday celebration for a party of 10 at Season's 52. We love this restaurant. Flatbreads satisfied me, LOL. Mini desserts are perfect and yummy.

Chipotle. Sofrita bowls for everyone except DH who got Carnitas. So yummy but a bit salty.

I finally made the feta cheese & tomato bake popular on Tik Tok. Regret not doing it sooner. So good. I served it with TJ's falafels to keep with a Mediterranean theme.

Tomatoes and peppers from my garden. Stir fried with fresh ginger, garlic. Cut the acidity with brown sugar. Sliced onions, black bean garlic sauce and chicken breast. Jasmine rice. No salt or pepper, these flavors were out of this world.
