That would be a high fever!

Anyway, I work tonight and will probably eat before or after my shift. Last night, I had a chicken quesadilla after work. Today, I will probably have a lean/green meal before work. Eating early is better, usually.

Steak and mushroom stir fry.

I bought the steak from Aldi's. It was chopped for kabobs. The big pieces came out tough.

Oh my, such delicious meals. So tired from visiting and more tomorrow. So supper in the room it is, sandwiches using up various things in the fridge and a salad kit from the grocery store.

Good Mexican after work. It was too much food for that late in the day, but we wanted it. (Hubby has returned to the night job. It was his first night back, and it seemed like a good idea to feed him and keep him thinking that he might live through a few more shifts before deciding that he absolutely cannot do this again.)

I finally made the feta cheese & tomato bake popular on Tik Tok. Regret not doing it sooner. So good. I served it with TJ's falafels to keep with a Mediterranean theme.

Tomatoes and peppers from my garden. Stir fried with fresh ginger, garlic. Cut the acidity with brown sugar. Sliced onions, black bean garlic sauce and chicken breast. Jasmine rice. No salt or pepper, these flavors were out of this world.
