Dinner was uneventful, I had a salad with buffalo ranch dressing and a packet of white meat chicken.

BUT!! We made homemade greek yogurt in the Instant Pot!! And now I'm gonna do it again, I'm going to get 4 more gallons of whole milk and keep the instant pot going until all of my old yogurt containers are full. Some is probably going to get blueberries and honey, and probably some honey and vanilla too. I thought about peach too, but I'll probably eat all my frozen peaches in my smoothies before I get there.
Greek salad
hot fresh bread
Iced tea
hot coffee and almond tart

Yesterday my son made a london broil, cooked perfectly. With some roasted cauliflower. It was delicious. Tonight I had the leftover steak in a salad with bleu cheese, bleu cheese salad dressing, crispy onions, and tomatoes.

Yesterday I also had my very first smoothie made with my homemade greek yogurt. There is a HUGE difference. The homemade yogurt tastes soooooooo much better than the stuff I've been buying in the grocery store.
Salmon fillet. It was on clearance because of freshness date. It started at twice the price I normally would pay for fish. Yes it did taste better than the usual filets..
Something I've never eaten before in my life -
it's a Taiwanese green called A-choy.
It was sauteed with big hunks of fresh garlic and it was delicious.
pork dumplings
green tea
small (thankfully very small) blueberry croissant type thingy.

My darling child has been asked for 4 days in a row, two of which have been freezing days, to make some bread. It hasn't happened.

He did make dinner tonight though, we had meatballs and ravioli (yes, I hate pasta, but he keeps making the Rana ravioli for both of us. And baked potatoes, which makes a HUGE amount of carbs with the pasta, I'm gonna feel like a balloon all day tomorrow and he's going to end up doing my shops because I'm gonna be sick.
^^^We are fans of Rana Fresh Pasta^^^. I buy it at Costco - favs in order - Butternut Squash, Spinach and Cheese, Cheese. I see they sell Lobster Ravioli but we have no interest.

Tonight was baked eggplant rollatini, sauteed broccoli drizzled with garlic, Italian bread, chocolate cake (created by my Mom-so good), strawberries and blueberries.
