lunch shop (Gya-Kaku), so dinner will be something like broiled chicken breast, tomato's@alvacado.

Tonight had a 10 hour crock pot chicken, black bean and fire roasted tomato's for a week of burrito's, taco's and MEXICAN WEEK......the chicken falling off the bone, truly one of my best......

Will load up the slow cooker with beef tips, mushrooms, mushroom soup and a little beef broth. Mashed potatoes and steamed fresh broccoli to go with. I will freeze meal-sized potions of the beef for future lazy cook days.
