I just made something different: breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches. I was trying to find something different to do with pork tenderloin. I found a recipe online, and go figure that in Iowa this is a big thing, so much that they have it at their state fair--and small town restaurants vie for the honor of who has the best pork tenderloin sandwich! Anyway, I used bread crumbs with egg wash and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fried them, then put them on hamburger buns with dill pickle chips, mustard, and mayo. WOW.
