I just made something different: breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches. I was trying to find something different to do with pork tenderloin. I found a recipe online, and go figure that in Iowa this is a big thing, so much that they have it at their state fair--and small town restaurants vie for the honor of who has the best pork tenderloin sandwich! Anyway, I used bread crumbs with egg wash and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fried them, then put them on hamburger buns with dill pickle chips, mustard, and mayo. WOW.
Yup Those are good flavors. We have something with fig, another with cherry, and... now I am practically salivating. We skip the buns and add a salad.
