Currently on a ski holiday, so easy is important. Whole chicken in oven, whole potatoes in oven too. Will boil some carrots. Yogurt and chopped green onion to top baked potato.
Left over chicken for lunches.
I have leftover spinach salad but maybe it is time to give up on that.
My New Year Resolution was to waste less food.
Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching kids what counts is best.
