Big ol' mash-up salad. It was almost perfect. The shrimp needed more ginger, or something, in order to match a restaurant-style heat. Next time, I will fix that and the hot ginger sauce will be its intended version of the hot sauce that is used on wilted lettuce salad. Otherwise, it was full of color, fiber, protein, texture, and flavor.
Maybe that's what living is-- recognizing the marvels and oddities around you. (S. K. Ali)
