Aw. I'm sad to hear. I was already daydreaming that I would get the recipe and take cookies to work and brag that I made them with rice flour .........
edited to explain: Of course not right now. Our offices are mostly closed and almost everybody is teleworking. I am "essential" so I work in the office 2 or 3 days a week. The refrigerators are turned off, the ice machines are empty, water fountains disconnected, no sharing food at work these days.
