What's everybody drinking these days? Social drinkers and booze hounds may both contribute to this thread.

Thanks in advance!

I have to go back to work tomorrow so I won't be saving any of you from this! It's been fun though.

Dear Shopping friends, I drink seltzer water pretty much all the time. This is not sparkling water which is sweetened (over-sweetened). My favorites are grapefruit, cranberry-lime, dark cherry, I try to drink more because my blood panel tests keep coming back that I'm dehydrated. I really love the subtle flavor on ice. Love to all, Signed, Night Owl at 6:35 pm.
I drink tea in the morning. And constantly have access to water or green tea during the day. Drinking lots of liquid makes me eat less too. But staying hydrated like @annelehman indicates is important for health. Seltzer water has no bad impact on health so seems like a good option.
You can pry my Keurig from my cold, dead hands! Switched from sodas to multiple coffees per day after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 3.5 years ago.

The GF and I are both total beer geeks, with a decided preference for India Pale Ales. Luckily it does not have glycemic impact on me, but I am limited to 3 or 4 per day due to interactions with my meds.

I just returned from a business trip to Asheville, NC, which has become an insane beer town: 37 breweries with about 85k people in the city limits.

I had to by a tote bag to offload some stuff from my suitcase in order to smuggle the beer I bought back to Utah. I still weighed in at a half pound over the limit, but the gal at the check-in desk let me slide.
I stick with diet sodas..... I ether do a latte (typically with four shots) or keep my French press filled. (okay, I have three French presses and.....) I've been known to do three quad shot lattes during a day on the road...

That said, I love a good hefeweizen...We have a lot of local breweries that have good ones.

Amarula is amazing.

Amarula is a cream liqueur from South Africa. It is made with sugar, cream and the fruit of the African marula tree (Sclerocarya birrea) which is also locally called the Elephant tree or the Marriage Tree. It has an alcohol content of 17% by volume. It has had some success at international spirit ratings competitions, winning a gold medal at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.[1]
