CORI report won't work!

UGH!

I don't have IE on my mac, and it won't work on my mac. I have done other reports for different jobs on CORI and they all went fine. Then now, I have 1 question that won't bring down a drop box for me to fill out! All the other drop boxes worked fine on the report. I sent a help email...but not clue when they will respond. This report only had a 6 hour window to be submitted...of course.
Any advice?

Well first of all don't panic about the 6 hour report window. Many of us report much later and still get high marksgrinning smiley

It's doubtful you will hear back anytime soon and the first thing they will blame is the fact you are not using IE. Believe me, been there done that. The job will not be automatically cancelled from your page for at least another 24 hours. Is there somewhere you can go tomorrow and use a PC with IE, maybe the library or a friend's?
Using IE is a CYA with them.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
At least you're covered now. It might be a glitch on their end. I rarely enter reports at night and when I do there tend to be more problems. Just try again in the morning.

Thanks. I sent updated email saying I tried IE and it won't work. I have same company tomorrow in seperate location. Hope that one works.
Still same issue this morning. Got email saying report over due, and will be removed at noon today.
Do you think I will still get credit since I'm having problems? I'm also worried about the one I have today with same form.

The job will not be removed today at noon. You will get a few of those automated notices before that happens. What I don't remember is if the job get posted immediately. Even if the system is still hinky the job you have scheduled for today won't be subject to automatic cancellation until Monday. As far as I know, CORI schedulers still work on weekends. Just a skeleton crew and very limited hours. Try calling them this morning. I wouldn't both leaving any messages, just keep calling until a live person answers the phone. Any of them can change a due date if necessary.

Thanks for help. Got it fixed. Apparently the person that helped me had to be either a cashier or salesperson...my person was both so I had to specify cashier only. Whatever lol
