CORI and rescheduling

I havn't had to do this before, and have 79 shops under my belt with CORI. I have to reschedule my two for tonight, and don't know if they will really tank my rating, or are they okay with this if it doesn't happen often? thanks,

If it is a really good reason they sometimes can be nice.
I had a death in the family and I received a nice sympathy note and re schedule.
That is the one thing I don't like about them - the one day window. I had to reschedule one a few weeks ago and I just got on the online chat first thing in the morning and it was taken care of no problem.

Monday I did the same thing as Liz, had to change two until Tuesday. Live chat, no questions asked, done.
