Thank you for your input. I appreciate you took your time to reply on these boards.
I tried to deal with this issue privately. Not once or twice. Every time I've been told my request could not be granted.
This clearly does not concern just me. Without posters bringing up any names, other OP's understood readily to whom I was referring, and another admitted to have had issues with Amanda as well.
You wouldn't hear me complaining of any other editor at Customer Impact because all the others are rational and they do not seek or create issues where they do not exist.
All I asked for was to have another editor because as much as you think highly of her, I feel like walking on egg shells when she is editing my reports. I do shops as my part-time 'occupation' but I also want them to be enjoyable for us. When Amanda wasn't around, everything was smooth and the other editors only gave us excellent scores. Did I do anything different? Did I all of a sudden have some sort of inspiration and become a better shopper? Certainly not- I wasn't even aware she wasn't around until I specifically requested that it wouldn't be Amanda AGAIN to edit my shop. When they told me she was on maternity leave I took more shops from Customer Impact than I normally do because for me this felt like a breathe of fresh air!
FYI just last week I asked another employee of Customer Impact for a referral to talk things over with whoever is Amanda's superior. To date I didn't even receive acknowledgement to my email. This person usually replies ASAP to any query.
So why does customer impact want to discuss this with me now? Because this issue has come out on these public boards? Thank you but no thank you!
I would not waste your precious time to go over all my shops. I've been shopping for Customer Impact and at this client for years. Amanda is my one and only complaint in there. If you scroll up this same thread which started up as a complaint about Qaci's new editor, you would understand that with other companies, shoppers' requests to switch editors were honored. I don't see why Customer Impact has to make such a big deal out of my and probably others' similar requests!
I am not the only shopper who feels this way about Amanda. Listen to your shoppers. You need them as much as your esteemed supervisory editor!
