Cori self-assign issues etc.

Is anyone else getting repeated server errors when submitting and trying to assign jobs? I know this an ongoing issue with this company, but it appears to be extra special messed up today and tonite.

I completed five shops for them on Friday and Saturday. Other than pages taking longer to load and a delay after submit, there were no issues.

Yes, I had server issues yesterday. At one point, a screen popped up that said that I was "unauthorized to view this page!"

I was using Internet Explorer.

After several attempts, my reports went through.

Who else holds their breath and crosses their fingers when submitting a CoRI report?
cori sucks. Worst reporting system of any msc without question. Worse they don't care.

Oh my gosh. I thought it was bad before. It is worse than ever. The poster who said they have the worst reporting system is absolutely correct. Worse they don't care. Boy you can say that again. I have wrote for technical support help in trying to find out what the internet explorer problem has been. It continually times out, but I can go into <<Horrors>> Chrome, and get it to post. Then I get emails slapping my hand for daring to use anything but Explorer. Anyway I get a message back, saying I would need to get a technical person to my home computer to see what the problem is. They have absolutely no tech support. I have never, never, never had a company with such little regard for their shoppers. The message about their new system has been up for at least three weeks, I hope it comes soon and gets better. The past few days, I hit submit, times out, hit back, put the pictures in again, hit submit, times out. This goes on and on and maybe on the fifth time it will work. On the next job, it goes right in. It is maddening.
That is nothing. I submitted a shop four times!! Then found out that the shop was declined by the client? I guess the people I saw in the location weren't there? I had descriptions? So frustrating. I was then told that they will no longer contact anyone if shops are declined for any reasons, have errors, even if they have issues. I was told one client has a major software issue, the client I couldn't get to submit. So I am being penalized.

Will I do another shop for them? Not sure...at least not right now. I like to get paid for shops I have completed. I am out the expense I had on the shop and the gas I drove to the shop plus about four hours trying to submit the dang shop!! Think I have a right to be upset?
Im curious about the client with major software issues. I think I did two shops for that client on Sunday. Did you have issues paying at that store? If it is the one I am referring to, you could not use credit/debit cards..cash only. I was curious how that would effect shops. I luckily had .85 cents in my pocket.

I have been trying to submit the same gas station shop for literally a day and a half. One of the schedulers extended the due date for me, but this crap is ridiculous. I do alot of jobs for this company and it will be a big loss if they don't get their s**t together. I like the company and the schedulers have always been fair to me, but come on already.
They have had issues for what seems like months now. The worst is when you go to fill out one of the longer, more detailed reports and when you submit the report it freezes and looses all of your information you just put in. So frustrating! Most of the schedulers are really nice but a few in mind can be rude.
