CORI Report Won't Submit

Here we go again...

I have spent 3 hours trying to get a report to go through tonight. I get the 500 server error and the dreaded Java Script error. I have used 3 browsers. IE will not even let me enter the date. I got all the way through the thing with Chrome & then got the server error.
SO frustrated.

Anyone have any ideas?

This $40 shop is not worth this aggravation.

if you are using ie 10 hit the icon next to the website link in the address bar to make it work

this is the ONE reason I'm glad they don't have all the shops I used to do for them....

Someone on here said to use the Compatibility icon in the web address bar. Do it before you write everything in the report. I haven't had issues. But seems to take forever from Submit to Confirmation.

microsoft is now pushing out ie 10 to people that have windows 7 so almost everyone will now have problems with submitting cori reports...

I submitted 8 gas stations for them today with no problem. Tried again on the retail store & I still could not submit it.

I've noticed that there's a bit more delay where nothing happens after I hit submit over the past several days. The reveal gas station goes through fastest. Longer delay with the unrevealed stations. Had only a major delay with the retail shop where I carried a bulky item for most of my visit. I actually had to walk away from the computer after more than a full minute of waiting and hitting the submit button a couple times, made coffee, and when I came back it had gone through.
If it just won't go through, maybe you could try calling them up and offer to dictate it over the phone and email your receipt image. They don't seem to have the problems on their end of the system.
Or try making coffee.

Oh how I like your way so much better than mine. My husband accused me of having Tourette's Syndrome. Then he said he SWORE he saw my head do a full 360. Tomorrow I have 10 gas stations & then 3 days of NO SHOPPING. It's not the shopping that's the problem...it's the reporting. Hey, that could be my new tag line...~
