Intellishop scheduler

So I completed a shop for intellishop which stated I could pick my meal. I chose to go during the lunch period.
I go to do the report and it only gives me the option to select breakfast. I look back at my shop log and sure enough I can shop during any meal period. I contact the scheduler. TWICE and no response. I just want to enter the shop. So frustrated!

Always annoying when they expect timeliness from us, but don't reciprocate.

It probably started as a breakfast shop, but they needed the shop done & weren't getting any takers for b-fast, so changed it to 'any' in the instructions ~ but forgot to change the report form.

It was a bonused shop at more than twice the normal pay rate. I followed everything to the letter and I have never had this issue before. My scheduler still hasn't responded. Perhaps I should contact a different scheduler.
contact everyone and anyone at the company until someone responds

Yes - start e-mailing every name at Intellishop until someone answers. It's a simple matter for them to correct the shop report so you can enter the shop. That has happened to me more than once - I've been lucky to get a quick response from the scheduler who fixed the report form and I entered the report without delay. If your scheduler is unavailable, someone else should be able to do it for you.
I emailed eight other schedulers and received a response from one in less than three minutes. I can now enter my report and proceed. YAY!!!!!
I finished my report five minutes after this different scheduler responded and "fixed" whatever was wrong in the first place. Ten minutes later I got a "10". I was really surprised I wasn't knocked down a grade or two because I turned in the report late.
What has happened with them???

I used to do a shop for them every few weeks or so. Heather Aiello always wrote me back. Then in 2013, I have sent them some 13 messages (no phone number to call) NO replies from anyone. All of my pending applications just disappear. I am about to deactivate my account and quit wasting my time even checking their available jobs.

I too would like to know what has happened.

There's definitely been some kind of change with this MSC in the last year. Feedback is more irrelevant and redundant. Communication is lacking. Shop postings have arbitrary unworkable dates for selection.

Me too! Especially with THAT msc.

Just a warning - the problem with taking the fast food shop that allows breakfast, lunch or dinner and then discovering after doing the shop as a lunch or dinner that you cannot report because the form is set only to Breakfast is NOT a rare problem. It has happened to me several times. Because of that, I now go in and check the report form to see if I will be able to select all three options: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If I can't, I immediately e-mail the scheduler. If I can't reach the scheduler and get the form corrected, I don't perform the shop. The schedulers answer very quickly Monday-Friday 8-5 but nights and weekends they do not. I'm simply not willing to do a shop over the weekend and face the stress of not being able to enter it ...... and watching it get later and later.....while they have no schedulers working to answer you on the weekend.

Good tip, Austin. I wasn't aware of the meal glitch. It's bad enough having an assignment disappear for no reason.

They also have been known to incorrectly post shops, showing Saturday-Sunday shops as Monday-Friday or breakfast shops as B, L or D, etc. If they realize the mistake after a shopper has self-scheduled and confirmed, a couple of their schedulers just change the shop log to reflect what it would have been if it had been posted correctly and then scheduled and accepted. Some of their schedulers will E-mail to note the change and give the opportunity to cancel. It's a real shocker to look at a Shop Log and realize all the dates have changed.
Good luck, these guys are flakes, They still owe me $225 from a shop I completed for them in January!!!

Have you considered posting about any other subject than your feelings regarding this company? You are now up to seven posts and all are virtually the same. I've been working with them for almost five years and been paid for every shop. They have never missed a bonus and I have been paid for all my video shops with them.

I need to take my mind outta the gutter. LOL.
Ishopshopshop, these guys are not flakes. You are obviously here only to run this company down, and your posts serve to prove you cannot resolve private issues in a private manner. Intellishop cannot use your report and they will not pay for unaccepted reports. If you expect to make money submitting unacceptable reports, you are in for an unrewarding and disappointing mystery shopping career. We know this is a reputable company. Even though we may post about issues with the company, you will never convince us they did not pay you for an acceptable report. You have been involved in a misunderstanding. I'm sorry, but we all go through the learning curve. You are not going to make anyone here think less of this company by the posts you are making. I wonder how much energy you're willing to waste on this.

One other thing just struck me being odd with Ishopshopshop's complaint: if she has retained counsel in presenting a lawsuit against them, why is she talking about this in a public forum, knowing full well that material facts stated in a public forum can be used against her by the defendant in a court of law?
I still think this is a joke. Nobody who has been shopping more than a couple of weeks is that stupid. There is no attorney involved in this. If there were, the first thing the attorney would have told the OP is to speak to no one about this issue, give no details or information, and to not contact Intellishop again. If an attorney were trying to resolve this with Intellishop, instead of spending time trashing the company on a forum, the OP would be waiting and counting his money.
Recently they had issue with their website, it was not allowing you to select lunch/dinner. I sent an email and they reset my shops - they are very responsive!

Have A Great Day!

The problem with the shop reports for the fast foods is not unusual and has happened several times over the past months to numerous shoppers. My advice is to immediately check the report form after self-assigning or being assigned one of these shops. If you are unable to click on breakfast, lunch and dinner (if in fact the shop is for all three time periods), immediately contact the scheduler rather than waiting until you perform the shop. Most of the schedulers are very responsive Monday-Friday 8-5. If you need to contact them nights or weekends, you may wait longer for a response.
I have been a shopper for four years and Intelli-shop is one of my favorite companies. They pay what they say, when they say they. Additionally, your report is graded very fast and very fairly.
I have many shops with Intellishop and if there was an issue they contacted me immediately. I have had no problems with communication from them. Try again maybe you e-mail isn't going through.
This might be the first post where someone said that Intellishop grades fairly. LOL.

You are SO right. I like and work for Intelli-shop ....... but I would NEVER say they grade fairly. I also would not say that the feedback they give even remotely explains the grades and I certainly wouldn't say their feedback is helpful or useful. I do agree that the reports are graded fast.
I was about to say.... fairly??? LOL

But I guess someone has to like them.
