Just looked again and my shop (hardware) is still sitting there. :O
I had one on the 20th process, so that just leaves me with the one from yesterday.
I got feedback from my shop on 5/22, but still nothing from 5/16. They were the exact same shop.
57carol...and robg are you referring to hardware shops or other ones?

I looked and still on hold for the hardware one. The only one actually that I'm waiting on.
I emailed them this morning, just heard back from Rebecca, she said they have had server issues, and all should be getting back to normal. She apologized for any inconvenience. Hopefully all is getting better.
Glad to hear they are getting it all worked out. I just have one shop from the 16th that hasn't processed and it wasn't a hardware.
My 5/16 yellow GS shop is still sitting there. All others before and since then of every client alluded to have all cleared.

They used to pay every week did they change that policy and I missed the memo?

Everything was clear this morning when I checked. Hope it is the same for everyone!

Mine still sitting there too! Hardware from 5/16 and 5/17 and three young and hip clothing reimbursement only shops! I was really hoping to get they payment next Friday. Better not hold my breath!
Still waiting also. I always re-up my receipts when they are slow, just in case.
Why do you guys re-upload the receipts? Just curious.

at the bottom of your homepage when you login,
you will see the receipts you already uploaded along
with a link to upload additional receipt for each job.
Only jobs not approved show up down there

I also am still waiting for the 5/16 approval.
My ice cream pic shop were approved with a day (5/15, 5/16). Hardware still pending. I have been paid for the ones approved. Hmmm... It just bugs me that shops are still sitting on my homepage still pending.

Eek... mine were FINALLY approved a few days go from the 16th.
Pammie- Do you mean you haven't been paid for assignments done at the beginning of the month, either? I have been paid every week with one pending for the 31st as we speak.
Has anyone messaged them this week to check on your assignments? I hope they get it worked out quickly!

Heather Crum is the one who "grades" the hardware stores at least in my area. I had a receipt issue and emailed her Thurs. and received an out of office reply that she would be unavailable until tomorrow. I emailed her the receipt Tues. and sent it throguh the system and it still doesn't have the green checkmark. I have 1 hardware store from the 17th not reviewed but 3 after that date have been approved. I hope our payments come in Fri. on schedule!
Total of 11 shops not graded. 3 I just did this weekend. Heather grades the ones for me too. Hopefully things will pick up this week. The shops I'm waiting on were bonused pretty well. :-/
Goodness... I hope everything is okay with her. :/
