Or they manipulate the date. I had one msc in all caps request
shoppers to stop putting the date/time stamp on photos because
they did not want the client to know when we were actually there.
Translation: reports were taking a long time to get through.

Cori's claim to be different in shopping, or what they pitch is clients have the
fastest access in the industry to shops in as little as 48 hours...

Just got 2 notices on this as well.

Evaluating and mailing packages since 1994
Still waiting for approval on several of my shops from earlier this month. Had to upload another receipt. Hopefully they will still get approved. So used to having shops approved in less than 24 hours. Sometimes the same hour I submitted!
I finally had everything waiting go thru from 5/16 and 5/17. My hardware shops I voluntarily uploaded receipts again, just in case. The blue and yellow gas station I got an email that it was put on error because a computer glitch didn't allow the pictures to go through and to resubmit pics. No big deal.
I uploaded my hardware store receipt again because it wasn't showing.

Let's hope they get it fixed pronto. smiling smiley
I would expect more delays with a lot of their operations as they transition to their new offices and staff members.

Ugh. Can't get the login page to load. Got a report to look forward to with my morning coffee, I guess.
I also have some shops from 05/16 & 05/17 with no feedback. I have had some approved after those dates. After reading the posts here I was going to go back and upload my receipts to be safe, but I can't get access the website. The company usually processes shops faster than other companies. I received an email earlier today about "Expert Solutions" and the company moving to Indianapolis. Company changes can be difficult. I am going to count my blessings and ride this one out.
I think the mystery shopping department of CORI is closing and they're not telling us. I hope not, but sometimes companies conduct aspects of business like that when they go down.......
Who can we email about not being able to complete shops tonight? I had 5 Lowe's shops to do tonight. Since my shopper rating was just seriously dinged for a technical glitch on their end, I'm worried about what's going to happen...
Good luck with that this week! I emailed twice with no response. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow and you can just do the reports then. I have had to do mine the next day and it didn't knock my rating. There is a contact tab on their website to the right. It will let you send them a message.

I think this might get faster response than an email through the website. These addresses are from the email we received.
I've given up for the night. I have attempted to enter my shop over fifty times since 8:37 PM (PDST). Changed browsers, checked web connections and no problems on my end. I sent out emails to both email addresses at Stericycle and CORI for CMA reasons notifying them of the situation.
There's a thread started on the other side of the forum exclusively re. the current Cori lack of login access.
I just talked to someone over there and I was told the website will be down for repairs until after noon. They are working the fix it as we speak.
Finally got my report entered, submitted and downloaded a copy for records. Lots more trouble than it was worth even with an increased shop fee. I wouldn't have done the shop if I had known how long, over four hours and counting, the shop would take to enter. :-)

Wow, lav, that's unusual for a Cori shop. What type of Cori shop took four hours to enter? Don't name the client, just the type of shop.
Probably all the submittal issues is what caused the lengthy period of time to enter the report.

My 5/16 GS shop is still in holding.
Starting with previous day's Cori reports after a long day of shopping yesterday made me miss the midnight deadline for my last shop from yesterday with another MSC.
No day 1 Cori increases for June.
Dreading the thought of losing Kim and Teresa.

I am nearing disillusionment with you, Cori.
Mine are still sitting from the 16th also. All I have received is an email to re upload my receipts which I knew I would have to do anyway.
Just received an email about the hardware shops. I still have a snack shop outstanding from the 17th. Anyone else have that problem too? I just re-uploaded my receipt from the advice on this thread.
