CORI Feedback notices on hold?

I think she was just out of town for the holiday. It was one of those automatic "out of office" replies that the computer automatically send to anyone who emails her when she sets it up that way. Why the delays prior to then. . . .who knows.

I have 4 that are still sitting there from 5/16. All the ones done before and after have been approved. I was worried till I read everyone's post. Thanks.

Any shops that werent graded wont be paid this week...
they have to be graded before the payment notice
gets sent out, so unless their graded before the notice
is sent out later today wont make it until following weeks
assuming their graded by then

I just received this personalized email from editor Heather: "We have had server updates last week which delayed editing".
I had one that was done earlier then the 2 I'm set to be paid for...had to go on line and question it. HOPEFULLY it's fixed now.
I just got approval for my fashion bath from 5/16. I hope everyone else got approved also! Maybe we are back to normal.
2 fashion baths showed back up on the board this morning. I did not do any of them this round. Think I will let them sit there.

Plus:

ALERT THE MEDIA !

I received an error notice on a gas station shop. The editor actually used the words SYSTEM GLITCH. What? Not the shoppers fault? Hmmmm.

Are they still going to pay you on the system glitch shop?
Do they want you to reenter the report? Tell them you need
$5 to reenter the report since it was no fault of your own.

Has anyone received the email that we usually receive (on Mondays) that our pay is actually forthcoming for this Fri.???? I would have thought it would be here by now. I have several from the week of the 17 not paid yet.

I got a whole slew of confirmations from shops I scheduled this morning and the payment notice all early this afternoon in one fell swoop...probably about 5 emails.

any shops that were not scored today from the 15-18 time period
wont be paid this friday as they should have...will be paid the following
week...assuming they are caught up on scoring by then as they said
they will be...

I contacted the main contact at the top of the search board about my one pending 5/16 GS shop, and was told to reenter my receipts. I had done so already, but did one more time. I checked and got the dead page link again. An hour later, however, all my receipts from all my shops from this past weekend and three copies of the receipts for the lone 5/16 survivor were suddenly viewable. They've still not cleared, but at least I now know they're there.
I wonder what their telling the clients because giving them shops
that are more then 2 weeks old especially if it is negative, really
doesnt help them.

My lone 5/16 shop cleared yesterday. It just might be taking time to clear the backlog.
I was told to re-upload receipts that I know were there before. Also I have to enter information again for one of my high bonused shops. sad smiley
Only shopper work on holidays.... schedulers, editors, and MSC staff get holidays off. It's a part of the disparity of being self-employed.
Uh, don't forget, we can CHOOSE to work on holidays or not. Which is one of the ADVANTAGES of being self-employed.

I don't consider it a disparity at all, how can it be. Most of the time I choose not to work weekends and holidays unlike MSC employees who are sometimes forced to work them. In fact, CORI is one of those who has schedulers working on Saturdays.

Trying not to get cynical. Can someone explain how CORI can expect to turn in these 5/16 shops and have the client accept them when we have to get the reports in by midnight on the day of the shop?
I don't work on holidays now unless I make the choice to work. On my last full time salaried management job, I worked for a company that operated 24/7/365 and if it was my shift, it was my shift. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Pump that gas and sell that beer. Cheer, Cheer!

I too have a shop from the 17th that has not been rectified yet. If I don't see anything by tomorrow morning I'm going to call them. When I spoke with them via the live chat, the person said that it was because of the upgrade that they got backed up. Yet I had two shops I did over the weekend that got processed on Tuesday, and one from the 18th that got processed Tuesday as well.

Just yesterday my shop submitted 5/16 made it through. Apparently they are getting through the log jam.

elcarev68, rarely does a client get a report that fast. We may be required to turn them in quickly, but who knows how long it is before the client receives the end product. Additionally, they don't even pull an incomplete job from a shopper's queue for 36 hours.
