CORI all gas shops gone !

Hmm, something's afoot again. All the regular gas shops have been removed ( and there were hundreds still up for July at the low, low prices).

The Loyalty are there and all the other misc shops but NO regular station shops.

Not just my area either, checked with someone in another state and same thing. Check your board.

Wonder what the new plan / pay / program is going to be ....

All gone here too....
At least you had some shops for July .....
Someone came through and took ALL the shops for Southern Lousisana and Texas!!
And when I say ALL ...I mean ALL...Lake Charles, Beaumont, Houston, Austin, College Station, Dallas and surrounding areas...they were all dated for 7/28.
From my calculations....there was almost 400 shops taken within a 24 hour period.
I just checked my board & none of the Red and Blue's are there. The 12 I have for Tuesday are still listed. I think techman is right...looks like an update for this client.
I tried submitting one 3 times last night and the form cleared every time after saying there were unanswered questions where there were none. The form is obviously messed up on the technical end. I'm actually still waiting for a submission form to become available for a retail shop I did for them early last week. I keep getting emails extending my due date. I am just going to keep IE closed like I usually do until things clear up with them.

It may have been someone was offered and accepted that route. I was sent an email earlier this month about taking a route of the shops...those aren't for me but if I took it I would have those shops automatically each quarter.

I spoke with the scheduler, at that time. I was told they, a couple from Florida, wanted to do a route. These shops are never "offered" in a route, but you can pick up a group of them and do them as a route.

I figured they took at least 400+ in Texas (there are probably at least 800 month and quartly)and another 300 from Florida to Texas. (I know most of them had at least 14+ pumps)

It just amazed me that they did this many in ONE month. I know when I do shops with my significant other we can get around 30 done when they are close and 20 when there is milage. They did all the "boonie shops" too. And like other places the stations are at least 30 min apart.

I know we can only work for about 4-5 days then need to rest for at least 2 days, and in this heat....well we all know it takes even a bigger toll on ya

Again, just amazed that they were able to do all the shops.
I just checked and I definitely have an email here offering those shops as a regular route..got it a couple of weeks ago from the new people in charge..wonder if things are changing? If they did get it assigned as a route then they had the whole quarter to do them and it would be off the board. I too can't imagine 400 in a month - that would be more than ten a day... scary.

Could be they also do things differently in different regions.

ALL of the shops....monthly and quarterly ones were done in ONE month.
Hmmmm......offering a route...
Maybe New Rules with new people....interesting.
Folks, I've got to assert strongly that jana and tech are right. The shops you're missing have almost certainly been taken off the board for updates to client requirements, not because all of them everywhere have been taken. There are none anywhere. As Cori incrementally fixes/debugs/updates things, they first brought back last month's leftover treat shops, then brought back last month's leftover small hardware stores, then took down the blue and red GS shops, then restored last month's leftover blue and yellow GS shops.
Oh I agree that the shops have disappeared because they are being "fixed" or "debug".....

I was talking about last month when all the shops disappeared because a shopper DID take them all.
I watch as the dates were changed and they were completed.

I just wish an email would go out to when the shops will be back up.
I have notice they were removed to, they were there last night and today all gone! hmmmm hope it is just an update to them and they did not lose the contract.
I'm new to this, but I'm making the assumption that the software is being updated to be similar to the Loyalty shops. I note that those shops are still alive. I also note that I have a bunch or reports sitting undone.
Wouldn't it be nice if they (CoRi) would send out an E-mail blast alerting us to there pending update (if that in fact is what is happening)?
Rather sad though. They did it on a weekend without any advance notice. I wonder how many shops could have been done for them.
Seems adverserial.
Nyet!
SO I am guessing no news on the gas shops..????
I didn't get an email regarding these...did anyone else OR did anyone speak with them???
just use the live chat on their site and ask...

All the GS shops that disappeared over the weekend are back. Same rates as when they disappeared.

They probably would not have been on today's increase. Today's GS increases were only shops that got missed on the day 1 increase and a tiny number of July leftovers. August shops that got their day 1 increase did not go up today.
Is there a way to determine when the increases will occur? I have never really noted when this occurs as I do not always get the increased commissions emails.

For the record, I had some in my shopping cart this evening and they were removed from the cart (after being there for a certain period of time and not having checked out) and when I returned them to my cart, the rates were definitely increased on some of them at least.

Welcome to the Forum!
Learning the pattern of each client over time will help you anticipate the price increases. GS shops generally go up every 5-6 days. They're all determined by how long the shopping period is for each client. Most of the GS shops in my area are monthly, as are most Cori clients. Some clients, and a few GS quarterly locations, are longer and will therefor go up in price less frequently. As of yesterday, all of Cori shops went up once. This morning most received their second increase.
You had a very unique expereince last night. The cart does have a one hour time limit for shops to be in it. Prices usually increase very early in the morning. Since you posted very early a.m., you probably had items in your cart that were timed out of your cart without you knowing, and then got increased before you put them back in.
Keep in mind that the prices you are seeing today represent one or two increases this month. You may want to wait on most of them to keep going up before you start taking them as they're still very low. You can poke around other threads on this forum to see what other shoppers feel are the minimum prices they want for GS shops, but the range is very subjective and varies widely, probably $9-15 as a minimum for the blue and yellow GS shops and $14-$20 as a minimum for the blue and red GS shops.
No matter what you determine to be your minimum, never, ever, ever take the shops before they are increased for the first time (i.e. self-assigning anything before the new shop period/month begins). The pay is a pittance at the starting price, and is one third to one half of what it is after the first increase, one quarter or less of what it will be mid-month.
Have fun getting to learn Cori's system. It's a game, but one where with patience you can definitely win.
And now an observation about today's incresases...
Weirdness upon weirdness...
The blue and reds went up - makes sense after they returned to the board yesterday after their weekend disappearing act.
None of yesterday's blue and yellow GS increases went up this morning. Will they remain out of sync all month?
However, it looks like most of yesterday's blue and yellow increases are off the board today.
A lot of the previously increased for the same blue/yellow shops are missing as well - way too low for that many to have been taken overnight.
Look weird to you?
I'm SOOOO confused....
I guess because we ONLY have the red/blue shops.....wish I had some blue/yellow shops!!
Yeah, no Blue & Yellow here either. The Blue & Red have been back for about 24 hrs now
i must be in the bonus zone.....I have red & blue...blue & yellow and red & white
