Anyone ever have payment issues with PROS and Second To None?

I did some shops for PROS and STN in August and then didn't go back to the site for a couple months. I checked them recently and my shop logs for both show them as being paid.

I have checked my Paypal history and they were not paid. I contacted both companies but have gotten little help. It has been almost two weeks and I have not even gotten a reply from PROS. STN did reply once but once I replied and said that I checked my PP history and I was not paid I was pretty much given a "we don't care."

Should I expect to get paid or just get over it and move on?

I have never had a problem with PROS. They pay me every month, on the same day, the correct amount. I am surprised to hear that you are having a problem.

I wonder with both companies, if you could ask them to conduct a pay inquiry? Sometimes you have to be really specific about what you want a company to do for you.

Also, check their FAQs pages...some of the companies I do business with state that if you don't bring the problem to their attention within a certain time frame, you forfeit your right to the pay. (Even most banks will tell you if you don't report an error on your account within say, 60 days, they aren't obligated to correct it.)
I've not shopped with PROS in quite some time, only because they don't have anything where I live. STN, more frequent shops, and they have paid every shop within 31 days at most. I can't speak to the communication issue with STN, because I have not had reason.
I once did not get paid on time by STN. I wrote my scheduler and she handled it.

My scheduler's failure to respond to questions after a shop was unfairly rejected (shop 'requirements' that were NOT in the instructions) was why I no longer have interest in working with STN. Eventually it got straightened out and I got paid (no thanks to my scheduler) but who needs THAT hassle?
I don't do much for STN,but I love Pros. Never had a problem with them, money always in my account when expected. Never had to contact them about a pay issue, so I can't comment on that.

That's what I was worried about, but it hasn't been 60 days yet.
One time it took STN nine months to pay me for service performed. It took a lot of communicating with different personel at different levels in their company until they realized their mistake and paid up.

Ugh,
I wonder how they would react if it took us nine months to turn in a shop result.
Simple . . . when the shop was not reported by the deadline they would simply assign it out to someone else and not pay you.

Exactly. IMO, it just seems that a few MSPs do not practice what they preach.

LOL. Only too true with some MSC's.

The "within 60 days" was just an example. But do have a look at their pay policies and make sure you aren't expecting to be paid earlier than what they state...and that you haven't missed the time frame for bringing a problem to their attention. (You probably haven't since it hasn't been that long, but always check policies first, before you contact a company).

Be informed...you look unprofessional if you send a complaint that isn't valid. Example: if they pay 30 days after the end of the month the shop is in, and you are contacting them on May 28th for a shop you did April 2nd...you didn't read the fine print!

I agree. This isn't just me wondering where my payment is. My shop logs for both sites say that the assignments were paid for and it gives the dates they were supposedly paid on. I just never received the payment.
I have never shpped for PROS but have regularly shopped for STN and have never experienced any payment problems with them. I believe they are pretty much one month from the date of the shop. Like Mert, I haven't had to contact them about payment so I can't offer any opinion on that. Hope you get it resolved quickly.
I have shopped for both Companies and have never had a problem getting paid. It always gets put right in my account when they say it will. The only problem I have with them is that they do not have as many shops in my area as I would like to have.
