I have just found your post this day, and though it is a bit late in the game I wanted to reach out and offer further clarification and assistance. We want to ensure you are always as thoroughly informed and having positive experiencing when shopping with BARE.
The email you are referring to is most likely our payment summary email. This email is an automatically generated email that comes out on or around he 12th of each month. This email indicates impending payment and does not imply payment transactions between our bank to yours have been made.
We process payments on or around the 15th of each month and it can take up to 48 hours on our bank’s end and up to 48 hours additionally on your bank’s end as well.
Individual bank's processing times do vary and this is indeed why we are unable to provide you with a more definitive time frame.
If you have further questions/concerns regarding payment processing in the future, I invite you to follow up and we will assist to the best of our abilities.
