What is Compliance Solutions Worldwide's reimbursement record?

I've heard horror stories on the board in the past for carpet cleaning shops such as those offered by the subject MSC where reimbursements for the carpet cleaning service often took several months and lots of back-and-forth emails before payments were made. Is that true of this company?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Compliance Solutions pays in a reasonable time frame. The MSC that used to have these types of shops was a shoddy outfit. They are gone, and good ridance. Don't tar Compliance Solutions with the same brush.

No problem with reimbursement from this MSC for the carpet cleaning shop. You've mixed them up with the former company. I think they had a somewhat similar name.

Yes, I received a check in late February for my March carpet cleaning shop.

Doing one of these tomorrow. I've done a couple and have had no problem getting paid.

Wow, almost a whole year to get paid!

or

Wow, They paid you before you did the shop!

You meant to say, "Yes, I received a check in late March for my February carpet cleaning shop."
I did one in February and haven't been paid yet, but it was easy and I did not get asked any questions. It is sitting in Sassie without a rating, but shows as received.
I've done other shops for this MSC and have had no problems getting paid or reimbursed.
Doing my first one in about a week or so. Waiting on the information packet to come in the mail.
Addressed to those who have completed a carpet shop for this company recently-----What about that packet that comes in the mail--contains the empty bottle for the solution and instructions?

Postage from the east coast to Utah is not a bargain---by any stretch....Was the envelope complete with return postage--or did you, the shopper, have to pay same up front at the post office---and if so, was THAT reimbursed together with your evaluation payment?

If Adam Valdez is the president/owner of the "new" company-----HE was the owner of the previous--Franchise Compliance--the company which is the subject of a volume of complaints on this forum. The "new" company's address in Utah IS different from the first--but....just asking.
Thanks.
The new comnpany has absolutely nothing at all to do with the old company. This has been addressed multiple times. The new company pays promptly. My recollection is that they reimbursed me for the shipping cost.

What's the report like on this shop? Lots of narrative? And what's the empty bottle thing? Do they really want you to get a sample of the cleaning solution?
You do some parts like photos of the truck first, then reveal yourself and get a sample of the cleaning solution in the bottle, attach a sealing label which you both sign. Then you mail the bottle to them.
