The word quote was written like 4 times.

I've done shops for many other companies where I've scored 7's, 8's an 9's....I don't see them deactivating my account. This idea you always have to score 10's is crazy.

SoClaMama, I understand that. I just find it sad they would treat any Mystery Shopper like this. If they keep it up, they will lose most of their shoppers. Word gets around.

And word gets around between schedulers and MSC owners. By beating this horse to death and not owning YOUR mistakes, you are burning bridges all around. Didn't I read somewhere that you got a new job at Walmart? Maybe it is time for you to focus on that job. It might be better suited for you.
On the upside, it leaves more shops and their bonuses for the rest of us. Thank you.

I got 7, 8 and 9's on all of my reports...I got paid for ALL of them. No mention of deactivating my account, no warning. If they're going to only keep 10's, they will lose a lot of good people. No one is perfect.

I agree. That's why I just move on to the next MSC. There's enough of them out there.

So why do you keep bringing up the same thing over and over again? Most of us do have decent reading comprehension skills.

Just so you can see how annoying it is to read the same thing over and over again. And it never seems to be YOUR fault.
