Confero shops from March not finalized

I have some shops from March that are still "completed" in the shop log, rather than "received." It looks like they haven't even been reviewed yet, and payment was due on the 10th. Anyone else having an issue with them? I used the Help/Contact link to send them a message yesterday, but they shops do not have a specific scheduler assigned, just "recruiter@conferoinc.com." Still waiting to hear back. Not cool, Confero!

I got paid for the first two weeks of March on April 27th. I got paid for the last two weeks of March on May 11th. I am now paid-in-full from Confero. All of my shops say "received" so it sounds like your reports might have not been submitted properly or were declined. Is there a "PAID ON" date or money amount showing on your log?
Just the shop fee is showing, but there is no date to indicate payment. I have not been contacted about them at all. It's odd that so much time would pass...doesn't the client need the report??

Update: just logged in while writing this post and found that 3 have now been received and graded. One still outstanding as "completed." I suppose they somehow slipped through the editors' cracks. Payment will be 2 weeks late I suppose. :/
I did a shop for them a few days ago, and I realized that I made a mistake on the shop. I emailed them, left messages, emailed them again, no response. It is now 3 days later, still no response. How could a company just ignore their shoppers' calls. Pitiful. I will never do another shop for them. Someone needs to mystery shop Confero.
Gkarl,

Treat others the way you expect them to treat you. I've made mistakes and hoped the other party would gracefully accept my apology plus help find a way to make things right. Patience is a virtue. Is their slow response causing you a hardship?

gcarl, it might help you to keep it in perspective. Remember that CONFERO is the customer here. The company is YOUR customer, you are not their customer. YOU goofed on the customer service (shop you performed) that you provided them and you have contacted them to ask them to help YOU fix YOUR mistake. They are not responding quickly enough. You provided questionable customer service and you are now irritated that they have not responded fast enough.

I would say be patient. Confero is your customer, and YOUR mistake is the cause of the problem here.

Well said, roflwofl. It's easy to say "How could a company just ignore their shoppers' calls. " and comment that they should be mystery shopped. But then you read about the cause of the whole thing. This is not a shopper trying to reach a scheduler or a shopper who needs an answer before performing a shop or a massive reporting problem.

Pitiful attitude. gcarl made a mistake on his report but is now mad at the company for not responding quickly enough to help him fix it. It might be more cost-effective for the company to just decline the report and send another shopper.
I finally got payment from them a couple of days ago from a shop I performed a while ago. Sounds like someone is running way behind?
