GFK - Late Payment

Anyone else having issues with payment from GfK? I haven't gotten paid by them in a couple of weeks, and the last shop I was paid for was performed on July 25th.

I love their fast pay, but I now have shops that were performed 3 weeks ago that I have not been paid on. This seems to happen periodically with GfK....

Yes i have not got paid yet and my payments are not in payment pending. I have a shop that will reach its 21 day on monday and we know they dont pay mondays i find this unacceptable as if we are late on reports its unacceptable and we dont get paid even if its medical related.

Just spoke with someone at GfK. They did apologize -- but said that they won't pay out until Tuesday due to some systems issues. It'll be a little past 3 weeks for some of us, but at least the money is coming.

Even though I no longer schedule for GfK, I feel the need to point out that this is not the schedulers faults. Upper management is to blame for this and the fact that they have no respect for the people who basically print their money; the shoppers. They have no respect for their independent schedulers either, as most schedulers have not even been paid for June yet (Still not late of course, but they paid May invoices on July 8th). Donna Goodwin would have never allowed this to happen; when she was handling the shopping side, everything was paid on time and there was never these complications.

I think maybe the contractors that have been mistreated by GfK seriously need to consider filing a "Code of Ethics" violation with the MSPA, as they are not paying shoppers/auditors as outlined in the ICA. This is unacceptable, as they are breaching the very agreement that they have drawn up and expect contractors to follow.

I am fairly new to mystery shopping and honestly I am very grateful for all the input that you all provide. Before I apply for an MSC I always search here to see what you all are saying. Then I keep a list with the MSC that I shouldn't apply for. I guess I will have to add this one to that list. sad smiley
Everyone has different likes and dislikes. Personally, I do not like when a company doesn't pay as they outline it; doesn't matter whether it's one day late or one year late; a late payment is a late payment.

Especially with a company who expects your shop reports to be completed within 12 hours of shop completion.

getting very annoyed nobody has gotten back to me at all on the payments and still not payment pending status i will be filing with the mspa by the end of the night then if i am deactived i will file again due to the reason i would be deactivated would be for the complaint
