The employees should give it to you upon cancellation. I guess it depends on the employee's knowledge? Some employees who I felt really knew what they were doing (fast service, quick transaction, did everything he/she was supposed to) gave me a cancellation receipt without having to ask.@alparslan wrote:

How come Hero Citation reeks of Ken Blanchard, Dale Carnegie or Robinson ideas that are long dead because words are cheap, cash pay's bills.
