Mercantile Systems-cancelled shop

I did a Chinese food mall shop for this company and submitted the report with the photos they required on Dec. 10th. Then I get an email saying the shop has been cancelled and to not do it. And I logged in and they gave me a shopper rating of "1" and flake. Has this happened to anyone else.

When did you submit the shop?

Please verify the date and time the shop was to be performed versus when it was. Also, as asked above, did you submit the report on time?

No, I have never had an issue with merc.

I don't do the shop in question. I work for cash, not chow mein. I can't believe that shop has no fee.
