You're not trying hard enough.

Seriously, when you have a weird name you can mention it in the comment section (if there is one) and confirm the spelling. This might help. On some of those reports which have no comment section, I sometimes tick off an "other" box under some area with multiple infractions and comment on the issue in the "other" box.

And in the WTF category, I just had a hold and a request for a picture of me in my vest holding the tablet. Um, yeah, I already submitted one of those. I thought maybe it had disappeared into the ether, but no, when I went to upload yet another one (thank goodness I took two) the original was still there.

I've decided that if the hold is ridiculous I'm going to call and tell them the hold is ridiculous and they can deal with it. That way they know first hand when their editors are doing a poor job. I would urge everyone to do the same. If the hold is clearly my fault then I just respond. So far that hasn't happened this year.

I tell the schedulers when they call that I need more money, in part because of the editors' antics. I hope they eventually get the picture.

Your shops on hold, what does hold mean on shops? The company you speak of sent me a list of jobs to look at, few shoppers took them at current price so they have special saying "deadlines to go another week until shoppers choice them". I look at the list and nobody is taking, lots of bank and stock market not scheduled. are we supposed to take photos of the interior if it's just a service bay? i only took the counter photo where you pay because there was no convenience store but i had my report sent back.

I'm officially having my most frustrating moment with them. Showing a porno mag with "xxx sex" and other words isn't enough. (The picture also has enough of an outside background to be able to show it is definitely at this station). It has been enough for about 25 or so other occasions. Really? Did a male editor want me to open to a certain page or something? Usually I'm very nice about these things, but like Hoju suggested I let them know that I am very frustrated that I have to continue to correspond over something like this as I take a lot of pride in my work and to have a supervisor call me if they really feel there is a problem, otherwise I expect to see the hold removed.

I'm confident the supervisor will take care of it, but this really takes the case as far as stupidest holds I have ever had.

So, I have now completed about 6 wild animal gas station audits. None of my shops have been returned. It seems to only be a problem with the beach emblem gas stations.
